The renovation of this property involved the removal of several internal walls to create a large open plan living area downstairs and the reconfiguration of the bedroom upstairs.
The upper storey renovation included the addition of a walk through wardrobe and expansive ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. Downstairs, the main bathroom was moved to another location.
MAIN BATHROOM RENOVATION
- Relocate the bathroom to another location. Build internal walls. Line and insulate.
- New electrical wiring and plumbing installation.
- New heated light and exhaust fan installation.
- Floor to ceiling tiling. Floor tiling.
- Integrate wall mounted mirrored shaving cabinet.
- Install new timber vanity with double basin and concrete top.
- Install PC items (WC, taps, towel rails, handles, etc).
ENSUITE BATHROOM RENOVATION
- Reconfigure original ensuite bathroom. Remove original fittings and fixtures.
- New electrical wiring and plumbing installation.
- New heated light and exhaust fan installation.
- Floor to ceiling tiling. Floor tiling.
- Integrate wall mounted mirrored shaving cabinet.
- Install new timber vanity.
- Install PC items (WC, taps, towel rails, handles, etc).
