This large roof replacement job at a house at Fairlight on Sydney’s Northern Beaches involved extensive structural and timber work.
The first step was to remove the existing terracotta tiled roof in preparation for the new Colorbond roof installation.
We had to re-baton the entire roof structure. The old fascias and eaves needed to be replaced, along with new gutters and downpipes.
While the roof was being replaced, this provided a great opportunity to cost-effectively add skylights were necessary throughout the home.
The new Colorbond roof vastly improved the street appeal of the property while providing a low maintenance structure that will last for decades.
