Project: Emergency balcony repair for a customer in Bankstown.
We recently completed a balcony repair for a homeowner in Bankstown who had noticed water leaking through their balcony. The client preferred not to remove all the existing tiles, so we carefully located the source of the leak and removed only the affected tiles with precision.
Once exposed, the problem area was thoroughly cleaned and waterproofed to prevent future leaks. We then sourced matching tiles to ensure a seamless finish and replaced only the tiles that had been removed during the repair.
The result was a watertight balcony that looked just as good as before and with minimal disruption and no unnecessary removal of perfectly good tiles. The client was very happy with the outcome and appreciated the careful approach we took to preserve their existing finishes.
