Project: New deck in a difficult location at a property on the Northern Beaches.
Our team recently completed the construction of a new deck for a residential client in Dee Why. The deck was built in a challenging, hard-to-access location, requiring careful planning and coordination with the homeowner, certifier, and structural engineer to meet all compliance requirements and secure the Occupation Certificate.
All footing holes were excavated, concreted, and inspected to ensure structural integrity. We installed the handrail system to meet all safety regulations and certifier requirements, ensuring a compliant and secure finish.
Despite the difficult access, the project was completed efficiently, with a high standard of workmanship and a focus on long-term durability.
