Renovations for a growing family

The owners of this Manly property needed more space as their children grew older. Elements of the property were still in very good repair while others had become tired and dated.  The result was a modern renovation that transformed the property and will cater to the needs of the owners as their family grows. A specification of the renovation was for more internal living space and the addition of a rumpus room.  Our solution was to remove internal walls which transformed the boxed in living, dining and kitchen areas and opened them up to a huge open plan space.  We extended the front of the property to incorporagte a large double, lock up garage that could be used as an all-weather rumpus area.  The garage floor was tiled and we installed extensive floor to ceiling shelves which were hidden behind large sliding doors. The finished result catered to the clients needs perfectly without huge renovation cost.

• The front of the house was extended to add a large garage with enough room for two cars plus ample storage.

• Modern, timber garage door installed.
• Internal walls were remove and structural beams added to provide a large, open plan living space.
